IEEE power saving mode

Hi,

Is anyone familiar with the implementation of IEEE power saving mode in 
the Libertas driver?  I have been able to use iwconfig to turn this mode 
on and off ('iwconfig wlan0 power on/off'); the commands succeed without 
error, but I don't notice any change in power consumption (based on 
current probe measurements).  I'm attempting to use this mode in ad-hoc 
network configuration.
