Firmware loads twice.

Thanks Keith,

I deleted the offending line in the udev.rules and now all is well. Obvious 
once you pointed it out. I never twigged that the udev.rule adding 
firmware.sh to the run queue when it was also hardcoded in the kernel would 
be a problem.
