Yes, this command exists. No, I don't think that command has been
changed in any way in the past year. The commands I can think of are
CMD_802_11_SLEEP_PARAMS and CMD_802_11_SLEEP_PERIOD. SLEEP_PERIOD isn't
used anywhere, and SLEEP_PARAMS is only available via debugfs.
The only thing I can think of is the SIOCSIWTXPOW changes recently
(0112c9e9e8d47f1d1e6ce1323675cb43ca6aae86 and
3ed6e0803b4fe95107f6cb5a432587d03cd4d17a from wireless-testing), but
those should only get triggered if you manually change txpower with
iwconfig. They aren't called by default.
