[PATCH] Fix off by one error in channel scanning

Okay, I though that might have been the case. I looked briefly 
through the list archives while I was tracking down the problem,
and seen that the scanning logic had been rewritten, but couldn't
see any actual bug reports on missing channels etc. Has anybody
done testing with the new logic to make sure that all channels
scan and work correctly? Hopefully we will be upgrading our kernel
in the near future.
