thank you very much for this extremely useful (for me :-) patch.

I'm a newbie to kernel development stuff. So please allow me to ask some questions that are probably dumb.

Do you expect this patch to show up in the compat-wireless-2.6.tar.bz2 package any time soon?

And is there some chance this will be in the official 2.6.26 (or .25? or .27?) kernel?
