If it doesn't take too long, could you re-test with the usb dongle?  I
don't think it will work based on the information about the firmware
that I have, but wouldn't hurt to make sure.

I think you're SOL with the CF card unless the firmware has null packet
support built in.  The gumstix driver has the code for it, but
apparently not the firmware support in 5.0.15?
