Also don't apply this patch.

Now that I have an USB dongle, I try to move things around and keep the 
current libertas driver working while doing this all the time. 
This "moving around" has the goal of dividing hardware dependend stuff 
and independend stuff more and more.

Only then will I introduce patch for an if_cs.c file, and than hopefully 
one that already bears signs of life :-)
