Boot2 v3104 still exhibits problems after shutdown

Hi Marcelo,
Thanks for reporting this issue. There was a misunderstanding on our
side. The Boot2 v3104 does not fix this shutdown issue. There is a fix
for this in the firmware. 

We have actually seen this issue on the USB dongles on our side already
and have a fix for this already. This fix did not percolate in the
firmware that you are using.

We will fix this in the next release of the firmware.

Hi,

Boot2 v3104 was supposed to fix the shutdown issues which the device
appears dead after usage (its not properly shutdown, that is).

Apparently this is not the case, since the driver still fails to
communicate with the device which in turn causes it to forcely reset it.
