[LEDE-DEV] [PATCH v2] ipq806x: add kernel 4.14 support

Hi

Can confirm that this works on my NETGEAR R7800 (ipq8065). The WLAN PCIe issues have been fixed.

I've also included my dmesg output in the attachment.
