[LEDE-DEV] [PATCH v2 07/10] uboot-at91: fix DTC command not found.

[Sandeep Sheriker Mallikarjun]

fixed DTC command not found error while compling uboot-at91. The fix
is to set DTC PATH in uboot-at91 MAKE command.
