[LEDE-DEV] [PATCH 1/3] fritz-tools: add fritz_tffs_nand_read tool

This tool reads informations from AVM TFFS 3.0 filesystems on nand
flash. AVM uses this on newer FRITZ!Boxes (e.g. 7412) without SPI or nor
flash.
