It's just sid/testing's 4.14.7-1, which is mainline with debian's usual 
patches on top (but afaict without any mvebu specific patches), see 
https://packages.qa.debian.org/l/linux.html

$ uname -a
Linux espresso.internal 4.14.0-2-arm64 #1 SMP Debian 4.14.7-1 
(2017-12-22) aarch64 GNU/Linux

No non-free packages are installed.
