[LEDE-DEV] [PATCH v2] x86/64: enable CONFIG_X86_VSYSCALL_EMULATION in 17.01 4.4 kernel config

CONFIG_X86_VSYSCALL_EMULATION is disabled by default on x86/64, but without it the new KAISER stuff it breaks
kernel 4.4 in the way shown below:
