[LEDE-DEV] [PATCH] igmpproxy: Set logopts to "-d" to prevent spamming the system log

I fixed the warnings. It appeared that the 100.x.x.x address was of my
IPTV device bridged on wan port. It's firmware is MS Mediaroom and it
sends SSDP discover multicast.
But still igmpproxy is too verbose. So my patch is no good for default.
