[LEDE-DEV] [PATCH] ath10k-firmware: Update QCA988X firmware to latest version

Please forget about my email below. I've seen this crash again even
with the older firmware, so I guess it's unrelated to the firmware
verison.  I'm currently testing if it might have to do with an option
I enabled a few months back: management frame protection. So,
I disabled that for now and will see if that changes anything.
