[LEDE-DEV] Package repository priority on opkg/ImageBuilder

Using ImageBuilder I would like to add preference to the local
repositories rather than the remote ones.

When the version number is the same it looks to me that it's kind of
random which feed is opkg using to install the packet.

Is there any rule for opkg to choose which repository to use when the
package is found in two or more different places? I've tried playing
with the name (aka adding 00_ or zz_ as prefix) and the position in the
repositories.conf file, but still does not work for me.

Thanks.
