[LEDE-DEV] [PATCH] Kernel: bump LEDE 17.01 kernel to 4.4.47

Bumps kernel from .46 to .47. 

Compile-tested on ar71xx, ramips/mt7621 and x86/64.

Run-tested on ramips/mt7621 and ar71xx.
