I think a good place might be a dedicated http download link from the
wiki server so people can wget them from their router.
I'm thinking about the Microsoft's automated registry editing programs
they offer in their help pages about various Windows issues, so people
download the program and run it and it will do what the (sometimes
lenghty and complex) help page says.
