[LEDE-DEV] Patches to web

I'd like to make a small pull-request to the `web` repo. But I don't
quite understand the instructions online.

From what I can tell, I should send something with a subject like 'web:
Instructions for architecture discovery' and a body generated by
something like https://git-scm.com/docs/diff-generate-patch to this list.
