[LEDE-DEV] make -j 4: race between Image/Prepare and device images?

Weeks ago jow told me it's some broken (circular maybe?) dependency
due to generating vmlinux.lzma in the Image/Prepare step.
On the other hand I believe it was the purpose of this step: to
generate files shared by all devices.

Any solution for that?
