[LEDE-DEV] [PATCH odhcpd 3/5] ubus: Fix displayed valid paramater for both DHCPv4 and DHCPv6 lease

Fix ubus valid parameter being displayed as a negative number;
also display infinite lifetime as INT32_MAX
