[LEDE-DEV] ext4 / no space left on device / UML

i'am using LEDE with target UML and rr2155 and has this problem:

root at uml:/ df -h

touch: /etc/config/test: No space left on device


in fact there is enough space, but not useable.
it seems this is the culprit:

did we changed something with ext4?
maybe this is even a problem on real disks.
