[LEDE-DEV] [PATCH v2 0/4] lantiq: dwc2 on danube

This set of four patches enables dwc2 on lantiq danube.

I ended up sticking with a name for the device tree binding
along the lines of the names currently used on vrx and arx.
These bindings will in any case become redundant once dwc2
parameters are moved to the device tree upstream.

Patches 1, 2 and 3 are required for dwc2 to work on danube.
Patch 4 makes building dwc2 the default, instead of
ifxhcd-danube, but the latter can still be chosen in
make menuconfig.
