[LEDE-DEV] RFC: enable doth per default on 5GHz interfaces

hi there,
i would like to propose changing the default value for the doth support
for the 5GHz radios by default from 0 to 1.
together with the change proposed for the regulatory domain this would
make lede easier to use for the non-expert as it reduces confusion about
'the accesspoint does not want to work.
i do not know in detail about the non-german reg-domains, but in the
current state its default behaviour is to only accept the first 4 5ghz
channels and disable the radio elsewise without much explanation (atlast
not one a non-hacker gets ;)
as far as i understood there should not be anything which would break by
enabling tpc and dfs by default.
also i am kinda confused if there are cases where doth is enabled by
default (which would make the config snippet from
https://www.lede-project.org/docs/uci_wireless.html work) or if the
configsnippet is missing the option doth 1
so basically i am not sure if this is a documentation issue or if the
default should change to match expectations.
kind regards
