[PATCH][Preface] More OpenWrt -> LEDE renames

The following patch is meant to be primarily information rather than
directly committed.  I fairly mindlessly did a search and replace
in my own fork, which is SF but not advertised as it's really too early
to be meaningful (so as to avoid my users from potentially blaming
openwrt for my problems and/or going to openwrt sites/lists for help
with non-stock and potentially getting rough or at least short treatment
as a result).

I've probably overdone it, and some things, like replacing openwrt-linux
with lede-linux as GCC OS might cause unnecessarily complications; my
goal was to avoid openwrt name in all user-level output (I have a luci
patchset too), as well as all build artifacts, as well as to be consistent
throught (avoiding why do you say openwrt here and lede there type questions).

Also this patch has not even been build tested as I have had to modify it
from the version I  have built with, which was for my own fork (plus this
patch only changes what lynxsis' patch did not).
