Depends on the user's client and server.  Mobile clients, for example,
rarely support this sort of thing, and most users aren't using servers
with things like Sieve that would let them do this server-side.

Basically the only people for whom your claim "it's easy to add" is
actually true is people for whom it's not *that* much harder to remove
what they don't want.
