you mean busybox applets? it's actually just one CONFIG_BUSYBOX_CONFIG_LOADKMAP=y .
i just added a short Gluon specific summary here

a full blown package would autoselect the busybox applet and offer menuconfig entries for users to select the maps they want in their build, although they will probably just add all on x86 most of the time (1.1MB).
i already wrote a uci-defaults/ script that adds the appropriate line to /etc/rc.local so a default mapping will be loaded automagically. that could be made selectable in menuconfig as well.
