[LEDE-DEV] [PATCH] Kernel: update kernel 4.4 to version 4.4.37

Bump to .37 for all platforms supported by 4.4. All patches refreshed.

Compile-tested on ar71xx, ramips/mt7621 and x86/64.

Run-tested on ar71xx and ramips/mt7621.
