commit 84e3d273553ed9ea7213b50ab267aa4d05dd0a09
Author: Daniel Golle <daniel at makrotopia.org>

mediatek: add driver for built-in 2.5G Ethernet PHY

Add driver for the built-in 2.5G Ethernet PHY found in the MT7988 SoC.
To function the PHY also needs firmware files which have not yet been
    published via linux-firmware.
