    kernel: default ARM_PMU on for armsr/armv8
    
    CONFIG_ARM_PMU (Arm Performance Monitor Unit) is a requirement
    to use KVM (virtualization) from Linux 5.11+, as the virtualised
    guest has virtualized PMU access.
