    kernel: update kernel 4.9 to version 4.9.232
    
    821-usb-Remove-annoying-warning-about-bogus-URB.patch does not apply any
    more and was also deleted in master and nobody complained. ;-)
    
    Compile and runtime tested on lantiq/xrx200.
