    libunwind: fix build with musl on PPC
    
    Works around two incompatiblities between glibc and (POSIX-compliant) musl:
    
    - missing register definitions from asm/ptrace.h
    - non-POSIX-compliant ucontext_t on PPC32 with glibc
    
    Compile tested on mpc85xx.
