Details - armvirt targets in phase1 buildbot are broken since a few days. That has been hard to notice among the DNS breakage, but this seems to be different.

(armvirt32 SDK is used in phase2 buildbot for some targets there, e.g. ipq806x = arm_cortex-a15_neon-vfpv4, so those packages are now compiled with old stale SDK in phase2.)

Based on failure logs, I think that that the failure is probably due to commit 3dc523f2 "kernel: add OF support to rtl8355 driver"
