rpcd - 2018-04-20-66a9bad1-1 (https://git.openwrt.org/?p=project/rpcd.git;a=commit;h=66a9bad1a73bc33c4c5a9a00de8dc8ad35bdfaf1) — after the supposed memory leak fix.

 - Steps to reproduce

Leaving the router running normally is enough.

After about 3 days rpcd was consuming 40% of RAM and the OOM killer was wreaking mayhem in the system. Restarting rpcd solved the issue for now, but it already went from 0.7 to 4.2% memory usage. Accessing a luci page increases its RES by 4 KB every time. It looks like JS-based access (like leaving the interface overview page open) also produces these increases.
