[FS#1373] Linksys E1700 wireless unstable and jams other WiFi channels with LEDE

I can confirm this issue also on trunk with 4.9 and 4.14 kernel.

In the log i see:

ieee80211 phy0: rt2800_config_channel: Warning - Using incomplete support for external PA

Could not connect to WiFi of e1700 and other near WiFi´s anymore if e1700 is powered.
Also if wireless of e1700 is turned off in wireless config i had very strange errors on other near wifi´s.

If the antenna´s are disconnected, other wifi´s does work, but not as when e1700 is turned off.
