User who did this - K2DLS (K2DLS)

Attached to Project - OpenWrt/LEDE Project
Summary - odhcpd serving ipv4 does not honor DHCP start or limit parameters
Task Type - Bug Report
Category - Base system
Status - Unconfirmed
Assigned To -
Operating System - All
Severity - High
Priority - Very Low
Reported Version - Trunk
Due in Version - Undecided
Due Date - Undecided
Details - Supply the following if possible:
 - Device problem occurs on WRT1900AC
 - Software versions: LEDE Reboot 17.01.4 r3560-79f57e422d / LuCI lede-17.01 branch (git-17.290.79498-d3f0685)
 - Steps to reproduce

I was attempting to run odhcpd + unbound as documented here:

https://github.com/openwrt/packages/blob/master/net/unbound/files/README.md#unbound-and-odhcpd

While odhcpd did serve up IPv4 addresses, it ignored the start and limit parameters in the config dhcp section of /etc/config/dhcp. Addresses outside of the desired scope were assigned to clients.
