same problem on my dlink dir-300
LEDE Reboot (17.01-SNAPSHOT, r3587-c9fb48a432)

I can actually trigger this using a network scan android app: NetxPRO. I don't think it matters.

i could not reproduce this on chaos calmer build with the same app or heavy iperf test
