[FS#719] make menuconfig display problem

For the record, I justed tried "make menuconfig" with lede-sdk-17.01.4-ar71xx-generic_gcc-5.4.0_musl-1.1.16.Linux-x86_64 inside a ubuntu:16.04 container.  The display is bad with the default "TERM=xterm", see the attached image for details.

After "export TERM=screen" and run menuconfig again, the display restores to its normal form.
