Same issue with Gl-inet MT300A. Wifi dies, log full of "rt2x00queue_write_tx_frame: Error - Dropping frame due to full tx queue 2" errors. Did not try to reload modules, but reboot helps.

I can also confirm that this happens in high speed modes much more frequently - daily for my load at HT40. Using HT20 it happened once in a couple of weeks.
