[FS#1273] Wrong default Ethernet port config in Widemac/Skyline SL-R7205 firmware

Details - Flashing SL-R7205 with the latest 17.01.4 with config reset, noticed that default Ethernet port config is wrong so all Ethernet ports become non-operational. The proper port config is described in [[https://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/widemac/sl-r7205|model notes]].

The main problem is that WiFi is turned off by default in modern LEDE/OpenWRT builds so the router becomes totally inaccessible via the net, and the only way to set proper port config is to connect a serial console.

Please change default Ethernet config for this model to the proper one.
