Is this a self build? Commit 2277cd1249a6952228f36b768beea117c91123a0 enabled a default for busybox flock, however this new default doesn't appear to get added if there's an existing .config.

I solved by 'make menuconfig' Base system→busybox→linux system utilities→flock Y
