[FS#1265] dnsmasq-full breaks dnsmasq on install

No worries. The udhcpc messages stem from a test in the init code for the existence of an other dhcp service on the subnet before starting up one. The dhcp requests by udhcpc are expected to fail.

A simple patch that would hide these messages (2>&1 >/dev/null) would be welcome. (I added that once to another patch that was dropped for other reasons)
