FS#1523 - block-mount: unnecessary remounts after extroot switch

This actually doesn't seem related to mounting an external overlay: the errors appear even when using the internal one (with "/dev/ubi0_1" replacing "/dev/sdb1").
Mon Apr 30 12:45:14 2018 daemon.err block: /dev/ubiblock0_0 is already mounted on /rom
Mon Apr 30 12:45:14 2018 daemon.err block: /dev/ubi0_1 is already mounted on /overlay
I understand this may not be regarded as a bug at all, everything works fine. But I'm trying to get a better understanding of my system and I think having meaningful logs is key. "False positives" are confusing and annoying: if there is indeed no error, no error should appear, maybe a warning. So I stand by my choice of reporting this.
