Please keep in mind, that lighttpd is not part of the OpenWrt base system. It is maintained as part of the (external/additional) [[https://github.com/openwrt/packages/tree/master/net/lighttpd/|packages feed]] which has its own bugtracker.

Would you please open a bug report at https://github.com/openwrt/packages/issues to make sure that the appropriate people get aware of the issue.
