[FS#1486] `ping` from `iputils-ping` is not respecting the `-I` option

You noted: `ping -I wan2 x.x.x.x`

You should use the Linux interface names (e.g. eth0.x), not the OpenWRT aliases (e.g. lan or wan).

Please test again and verify the results.
