Reason for closing: Not a bug
Additional comments about closing: From reporter: The underlying problem is an ISP routing issue with some of the IPv6 addresses allocated by DHCPv6. Difficult for the inexperienced to because LEDE was also allocating a DHCPv6 address for a static interface.
