[FS#1002] Dns ipv6 problem when interface restart

Unfortunately the pcap traces don't learn me anything new with respect to the previous wan pcap traces; solicit DHCPv6 messages are sent out but no reply from the Tim DHCPv6 server.
As requested in my previous post I would like to see the odhcp6c traces both in the working and non working cases
