right, SPI clock is not relevant. CPU (over)clock is the one that speeds up things, thus SPI clock raise only being related to CPU overclock and proven to work without issues.

if 4MB image can be copied to RAM in a second, then 64KB (default block size) can be copied to RAM in 15ms and back to SPI in another 15ms. so your justification of speeding up SPI erase/write in a daily use by using 4KB block size is completely pointless and misleading
