[FS#510] slow sysupgrade

In CC it probably uses 64 KB erase blocks and currently it looks like it is using 4 KB sectors. The latter will be approximately two to three times slower when running a sysupgrade (since that requires erasing a large portion of the flash), but will be slower and less efficient in daily use.
