Details - Building for Netgear DGN3500 (Lantiq/xway) fails after git commit:
2e496876c60cc45a06ac610e02c00ec767028b64

with error:
Package kmod-ltq-atm-ar9 is missing dependencies for the following libraries:
ltq_mei_ar9.ko

Starting at trunk - 8b9cdebc9c533f3933874b6746829eb4bdbb7647; Reverting the above commit (removing the module detection code in include/kernel.mk)
allows build to complete.

n.b. compilation seems to succeed, only the install phase bails.
